Christy graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Management-Entrepreneurship. She also holds a M.S. in Special Education/Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University. She is currently in the third year of the I/O Psychology program at Rice and works with Dr. Mikki Hebl. Her research interests include diversity and discrimination in the workforce, with specific focus on disability, pregnancy, gender, and ethnicity. Christy likes competing in running events and triathlons in her spare time, and hanging out with her son and husband.

Rachel is in her third year of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology PhD program at Rice University. She works with Dr. Mikki Hebl researching issues related to diversity, discrimination, and inclusion in the workplace. Her current research focuses on experience of LGBTQ employees, disability specific diversity training effectiveness, representation in STEM, promoting gender equity in the workplace, and factors affecting interpersonal discrimination of Black men. She is also working as a Graduate Intern for the Third Eye Metric team with the newly developed Doerr Institute for New Leaders. When not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her wife and three furry four-legged kids.

Christina holds a Master’s in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and is in her third year of the IO Psychology PhD program at Rice University. Her advisor is Dr. Eduardo Salas and she also works for the Doerr Institute for New Leaders as a Graduate Intern. Christina’s research interests include leadership and team development; current projects include identifying team roles within long duration space exploration, factors influencing training effectiveness, and obstacles to female leadership. Christina also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, listening to podcasts, and spending time outdoors and on the water.

Stephanie received a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is currently in her third year of the I/O Psychology PhD program at Rice University and works with Dr. Eduardo Salas and Dr. Anton Villado. Her research interests include teams and training, with a special focus on training motivation, employee development, and multi-cultural teams. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys running outdoors, playing sand volleyball, traveling to new places, and cooking.
Chief Technology Officer: Julie Dinh (email)
Julie graduated with highest honors in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. She conducted research for three years at the University of California, San Francisco & the San Francisco VA Medical Center before beginning her doctoral studies. Julie has worked with diverse populations and in various sectors of social science research, including clinical, health, and social psychology. Her research interests include stress and culture in the context of teams and training. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, writing, hiking, and traveling (having lived abroad in Paris and recently backpacked through Southeast Asia). Julie hails from southern California and often dreams of being back on the coast!
